Cancellation Policy for Rupesh Jewellers

You can cancel your order for a product at no cost within 48 business hours of placing the order, except for fast-shipping products. If the cancellation is requested after this period, a 10% cancellation fee will be levied on the total bill. However, you may request an exchange of the product for 100% of its value post 48 business hours, provided the product is not dispatched.

Eligibility criteria:

•  Orders paid using gift cards will have the refund credited to the Rupesh Jewellers Wallet. We are unable to accept cancellations for gold coins, gold bars, frames, customized jewellery, gift cards, or loose solitaires under any circumstances.

• Orders paid through digital wallets or online vouchers will have refunds credited to your Rupesh Jewellers Wallet and cannot be refunded to your bank account.

• Rupesh jewellers may, at its sole discretion, request the Customer to pay a percentage of the value of the transaction as an advance at the time of placing the order. The balance payment for the order shall be paid by the Customer at the time of delivery of the product. Failure to pay the balance amount at the time of the delivery of the product shall be treated as a cancellation of the order.

• Rupesh jewellers may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to cancel any particular order. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled or refused are limitations on quantities available for purchase and inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

 • This policy is not applicable for International orders.

Refund Policy for Rupesh Jewellers

• Refunds for payments made through debit/credit cards/net banking will be processed by reversing the same transaction, taking 7 working days.

• For faster refunds on COD payments, we have introduced RazorpayX, allowing instant refunds via bank/UPI details. You will receive a Refund Payout link from RazorpayX. If not used before expiration, the refund will be credited to your Rupesh Jewellers Wallet.

 Steps to Receive Refund via RazorpayX:

•  A pay out link will be sent to your registered contact number and email.
•  Open the link and complete verification via OTP.
•  Enter the bank account details where you wish to receive the refund.

• Refunds for orders paid using digital wallets or online vouchers will be credited to your Rupesh Jewellers Wallet and not to your bank account.

• For refunds within 15 days of purchase, the amount is subject to quality verification by our quality assurance team and confirmation of product documents like insurance certificates, original invoice, and product certificates.

• The refund will be 100% of the actual amount paid. If coupons, discounts, or promo codes were used, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.

• If any freebies were received with the purchase, the refund amount will be reduced by the equivalent value of the freebies (unless the freebies are returned).

• Part payments made on customized jewellery are non-refundable.
