Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase! However, due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

Eligibility: Items can be returned if they arrive damaged or defective. To initiate a return, you must contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photo evidence of the defect or damage.

Non-Returnable Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on customized or personalized pieces. All sales of these items are final.

Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the product shows signs of wear or alteration.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund within 14 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
