15-Days Return

We want you to be happy with your purchase! We have 15 days no questions asked return and exchange policy

Rupesh jewellers provide an option to its customers to get 100% exchange on their products. If you still wish to return, you can get a 100% refund on your purchase under the 15 days return policy if the product has manufacturing defects. If not, a 10% fee will be levied on returning your product. Any order above Rs. 1,00,000 will be only eligible for Exchange for the total invoice value only. The Jewellery Insurance amount is non-refundable under any circumstances in case of returns.

 

Eligibility criteria:

  • Items can be returned if they arrive damaged or manufacturing  defects. To initiate a return, you must contact our customer support team within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photo evidence of the defect or damage.

  • In case of engravings, removal of tag, logo, etc., a 10 % deduction will be applicable on the invoice value. If you wish to go for Exchange, 100 % invoice value will be adjusted to the exchanged order.

  • The returns of orders that were paid through online vouchers or gift cards Or Schemes or Rupesh jewellers Wallet will be eligible for Exchange only. A refund in the customer account is not applicable. If no exchange on the order is decided, the amount will be kept in Rupesh jewellers Wallet for future purchases.

  • We cannot accept returns under any circumstances on customized or personalized products, gold coin or bar,loose solitaire and gift cards. However, these orders will come under a Lifetime Exchange Policy.

  • You can exchange your design within 15 days for the full invoice  value only once. If you wish to exchange the design the second time, it will be considered as a Lifetime Exchange.

  • In case the exchange value is higher than the value of the old product, the customer will have to pay the difference.

  • In case the exchanged value is lesser than the value of the old product, the difference will be refunded as a store credit.

  • 15 Days Money-Back is not applicable on orders that have been exchanged earlier under the 15 Days Exchange Policy.

  • This policy is not applicable for International orders.

Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the product shows signs of wear or alteration.

Process :In case you wish to raise a request for a return and exchange, you are requested to write an email to hi@truediamond.in with your order number, invoice, photograph of the product and the authentication certificate.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost returns.


Refund Processing

  • For refunds within 15 days of purchase, the amount is subject to quality verification by our quality assurance team and confirmation of product documents like insurance certificates, original invoice, and product certificates.

  • Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund within 10-14 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Regarding exchange orders, current gold rates and offers will be applied/replaced with the rates and offers used for the original order.

  • In case you receive a damaged item, an item you didn't order or the wrong item, we exchange it free of charge or refund the invoice value  after a quality check upon receipt. If it is indeed an error or a defective product your refund or exchange will be on its way shortly.
