ITEMS WE ACCEPT
We accept diamond and gold jewellery for old gold exchange.
The gold must be BIS hallmarked (not plated or fake), and the diamonds must be natural or certified. We do not accept damaged, incomplete, or counterfeit items.
HOW WE EVALUATE YOUR ITEMS
Gold: We assess the purity and weight of your gold jewellery.
Diamonds: We assess the quality (cut, clarity, colour, and carat weight) of the diamonds.
The evaluation will be based on the current market rates for gold and diamonds at the time of the exchange.
You will receive a detailed evaluation of your items, and we will offer you a fair price based on the assessment.

Visit the Rupesh jeweller’s store or raise a request: Walk into any of our stores or raise a request from below form with the gold that you’d like to exchange (Remember to bring your PAN card)
A Quick gold check at store: We will measure the purity and weight of your gold with our karat meter
We’ll calculate the exchange value: Your exchange value will be calculated as per the prevailing gold price

Only Plain Gold Accepted for Exchange: No Gemstones or Diamonds Allowed
The old gold that you bring for exchange must be in plain gold format (without any gemstones or diamonds). Other than plain gold jewellery, gold coins, biscuits or bars are also accepted.
Exchange Your Gold for Any Jewellery from Rupesh Jewellers: Plain Gold, Diamond, Gemstone, and Platinum Designs
The jewellery that you exchange it for can be any jewellery item from Rupesh jewellers designs belonging to plain gold jewellery, diamond and gemstone jewellery and platinum jewellery categories.
Exchange Your Old Gold for Jewellery with a 5% Standard Deduction - No Cash or Gold Coins Accepted
Old gold can be exchanged for any jewellery. For exchange to any Jewellery, 5% standard deduction on Old gold value will be applicable. You cannot exchange your old gold for cash or gold coins.
Use Your Exchange Value to Buy Jewellery of Equal or Higher Value – Pay the Difference in Cash or Card
Once your exchange value is computed, you can buy any jewellery of similar or higher value by paying the excess in cash or card. No cash refund will be provided for exchange.
Sign a Declaration Form for Gold Exchange – Acknowledging Weight, Cutting, and Purity Acceptance
A declaration form has to be signed by you stating the weight of gold being exchanged. This form states that you have willingly given the gold for cutting/ melting. It also mentions that the gold given by you will not be returned and the purity reading generated by the Karat meter will be acceptable to you.
