      • By subscribing to our referral module, you agree to Rupesh jewellers Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (both available on our website), as well as the following additional Terms & Conditions for Rupesh Jewellers Referral Program:
      • Qualified Referral: A Qualified Referral is defined as a signup or purchase made at www.rupeshjewellers.com by a person (a "Referred Customer") who arrives at our website by clicking your Referral Program link. You are limited to one Qualified Referral for each Referred Customer; in other words, additional/repeat purchases made by a Referred Customer are not counted as additional Qualified Referrals. There's no minimum purchase required for Qualified Referral.

      • Referred Customer: The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person (for example, by using a different email address). The Referred Customer has to be a new customer who has never purchased from Rupesh Jewellers before. We automatically disqualify suspicious referrals. If someone you referred made their first purchase using your Rupesh Jewellers referral link and you didn’t receive store credit, your referral might have been flagged as suspicious.

      • Referral Rewards: For you to earn referral rewards as a Referrer, the Referred Customer must complete signup or make a purchase on the website.

      • No Spam: You must confirm to all up-to-date “SPAM” laws. For example, emails must be created and distributed in a personal manner, and bulk email distribution is strongly discouraged. Any distribution of your referral link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or "spam" under any applicable law or regulation is strictly prohibited and can lead to the termination of your account and exclusion from Rupesh Jewellers Referral Program.

      • Right to Close Accounts: Rupesh Jewellers reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Referrer and/or Referred Customer if the Referrer and/or Referred Customer attempts to use the Rupesh Jewellers Referral Program in a questionable manner or breaches any of these Terms & Conditions or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation. Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms: Rupesh Jewellers reserves the right to cancel our Referral Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Any unclaimed referral rewards will be forfeited at that time.

      • Validity of Referral Amount: The referral amount will be credited to your Rupesh Jewellers account. The referral amount can be used towards the purchase of jewellery.

      • Referrer Limit: You can send only 20 referrals through one account.
